MK has been a student of various sects of Christianity, the mystery school tradition, theosophy, the comparative study of ancient and modern spiritual texts, cosmology, prophecy, predictions, astrology, and the synthesis of science with metaphysics. She was born in rural southern Illinois, an area with a mystical history known as "Little Egypt", perhaps an indicator of the future mystical path she would choose. MK now lives in the White Mountains of Arizona where she communes in peaceful coexistence with nature and animals, and a few humans.
